And yes, that pose is possible. It's not a comfortable pose, and I'm not sure why I drew it, but you can do that with your arms, I checked.

(Oh, and in case you were wondering her name is pronounced Kee-luh Ee-loh. Her old name was 'Vik-tee-air Fray-nih-shin' but people usually just called her Té [ prononced Tay] because that name is so long and clunky.)
