Personality: Skir is haughty, smooth, calculated, and has a great appreciation for the finer things in life. He is easily offended but forgives readily. He has a very high opinion of himself, and no regard for laws. He is a thief and a liar.
Is there anything you feel very STRONGLY that your character NOT be drawn doing?: Err... killing a dude or anything super nasty, but most of that kind of thing isn't even allowed in the group.

I'm fine with people drawing him without asking first, in fact I'd be super flattered... just drop me a link if you draw him...

TL;DR TIME:

Skir is not a dinosaur. He is a sentient alien that happens to closely resemble a dinosaur (though not really any specific species of dinosaur; he looks like he's like part raptor part Struthiomimus or something). He was once a semi-powerful figure in an alien crime organization but was targeted by law enforcement, and his operations were all shut down. He smuggled himself to another planet where, pre-Hetherev, he was running a much smaller and less lucrative crime operation than previously.

He has never been to Earth.

He tries to charm everyone he talks to, especially ladies. However, there is something about him that most people instinctively find very sleazy and disagreeable.

Skir appreciates most crimes but he does not like murder. He can tolerate people around him killing other people he thinks seriously need to be taken care of, but he abhors any sort of sexual crime and will attempt to shut it down, and he himself will not kill or give the order to kill unless it's kill-or-be-killed.

Skir is not particularly physically skilled. He can run fast, but despite his dinosaur-y appearance he's really not very strong and he's terrible in combat situations. He just tries to talk his way out of everything.

43? Doesn't look like it, I admit. Though he definitely has a "slimy" air about him. It's just his lithe figure combined with those beady lil' pupils in those burning red eyes...

But the orange mouth thing is neat. What's his diet, pray tell?
